Question: Who are these jerseys produced/manufactured by?
Answer: We ONLY deal with U.S.A. and x1 Canadian company (SP), for ALL of our products. Over 90% of these jerseys are produced right here in Minnesota. We don't believe in foreign China produced garbage that has flooded the marketplace.
Question: What is the sizing for the various jersey(s)?
Answer: 95% of our jerseys fit the shown sizing chart. A few of our vintage pre-1930's jerseys have a "vintage t-shirt cut" to looks, fit and feel exactly like a vintage sweater style - namely the early Minneapolis Millers, St. Paul Athletic Club jerseys. If you have a specific question about a jersey, hoodie, t-shirt, etc. sizing such as the arm-pit to arm-pit width, shoulder to hem measurements, we can gladly e-mail you these. It is best to order your sized jersey in which you would normally wear - Such as if you personally have a size large Wild, North Stars, etc. jersey - order a size large in our jersey(s) too.
Question: I would love to have a custom jersey produced for myself, or a loved one as a gift that you do not carry, can you do this for me?
Answer: Yes. A lot of the jerseys that we have in our product selection started out this way: A customer had an idea of a cool Minnesota throwback jersey, and we re-produced it for them first. Contact us for details as their may be a minimum purchase and/or quantity needed if it is a new custom jersey.
Question: How much is it for mailing, and who do you use for shipping?
Answer: ClassicMNHockey.com ships US Priority Mail and USPS Parcel Post with delivery confirmation within the US. It normally takes about 3-4 business days depending on your location. Canadian shipments are sent by US Global Priority Mail. These usually take 5-12 days to arrive. We are not responsible for any duty fees, and we will NOT falsify a package stating "customer return", etc. to Canada.
Question: What payment methods do you except?
Answer: We accept secure payments via Paypal over the phone or via the storefront. Paypal is "The most secure and fastest way to pay via the internet" Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Money order and checks are also accepted. (If paying by personal check it will be a minimum of 10 days for payment to clear before shipment is sent).
Question: What is a jersey kit?
Answer: A Jersey Kit is all the numbers and letters necessary to make your jersey look like the pros. Kit(s) contain sleeve number(s), number(s) for the back, letters on a nameplate, and a Captain "C" or Alternate "A" if wanted. 2 color and 3 color letters and numbers are 2 or 3 layers of tackle-twill twill layered on top of each other. They are cut with an Ioline cutter, heat-pressed together and are ready for sewing to your favorite jersey. We only use the best twill in the industry from Liebe, Webster Fabric and Stahl's. All kits are made to team specifications for ANY team, from ANY league. Prior to shipping your kit, and also sewing the kit(s) to your supplied jersey, we will send you a high resolution mock-up via e-mail of the ordered kit to ensure that there is NO surprises as to what you are getting once the customization/sewing is completed.
Question: How long after I order can I except my jersey, kit, etc.?
Answer: Normally we ship out within 2-3 business days for in-stock jerseys, kits, etc. Custom orders, and jerseys not in stock generally take 4-6 weeks to receive due to the extreme perfectionism that most throwback jerseys and customization/sewing takes. If your product is not in stock you will receive an e-mail from us letting you know the estimated "completion date, and shipment of your custom product". Our busiest time of the year is December and March, so please be aware that delays can occur. Customization/sewing orders received prior to December 5th will ensure delivery by Christmas.
Question: Can you sew these kits to my supplied jersey?
Answer: Yes. You would have to send us your jersey, and we would sew the kit to your jersey and ship it back to you. Example: If you purchase a kit, and also sewing of a kit, we will sew it onto your jersey once it arrives via mail. Your shipping charges would only be for the return jersey shipping.
**IMPORTANT**: Please include a note within the mailed package along with your jersey that you are mailing to us for customization that includes the following:
1. Order number and what is to be sewn onto the supplied jersey(s)
2. A return mailing address to ship your jersey back to you once it is completed

Question: Can you do my own name, or other name on a jersey or kit?
Answer: Yes ANY name, and ANY number, from ANY team can be made.
Question: I purchased a jersey from a team store, etc. can I have them mail it to you (Drop-Ship) for customization?
Answer: Yes. We have numerous customers mail jerseys directly to us from other outside retailers. Just be sure to have your name applied to the ordered slip, so we know whom the package is from once it arrives to us.
Question: Can I trust ClassicMNHockey with my own jersey, and whether or not it will turn out O.K.
Answer: We are not happy until you are completely satisfied! Rest assured that your jersey is in good hands and at the disposal of the best equipment being used to create our finished products. ClassicMNHockey is equipped with an Ioline cutter for pinpoint accuracy in cutting all our twill. Your jersey is then in the hands of our seamstresses whom collectively have over 40+ years in the business whom equally do not take their roles lightly. In the end you will have a high quality product that we are proud to produce for you - and you are happy with....We guarantee it! We have a reputation of producing quality MADE IN U.S.A. products, and our sewing is TOP NOTCH! Question: How do I order?
Answer: Via the storefront would be the preferred way but if you are having problem, you can call or e-mail and we can walk you through the ordering process, or can place an order via phone with you. We would need to know what jersey you are putting the kit on and what size the jersey is. Smaller kits would be needed for youth sizes and a men's small. We will also ask you if the jersey is a home, alternate, or away style. Please don't be afraid to ask questions about the process. Question: What is your return policy?
Answer: Only kits that are misspelled can be returned or defects in workmanship. Please call us immediately IF a mistake is made/found. Customized items such as jerseys, hoodies, etc. cannot be returned/exchanged once lettered/numbered as we are not able to re-sell these items. Additionally, we cannot accept a return if an item is stained, worn or is filled with animal hair or cigarette smoke. Trust us, we have had it all returned and it has to be damaged out as we cannot re-sell these items! We at ClassicMNHockey.com are VERY particular in our work so don't worry...Mistakes WILL NOT be made! If your kit is applied to your jersey by us we are not responsible for any fraying or puckering of the twill numbers or letters. It is not advised to put your jersey in the dryer. Jerseys only require flat or line drying.
